A l’arrivée borné automatique défectueuse ! Perte de temps. Heureusement qu.
´il y a un gardien sur place. Insonorisation vis à vis autoroute insuffisante.

Pas toujours le cas dans certaine autre chaine d hotel . A conseiller meme pour quelques jours restaurant proche a 100 metres

Pas très contente de cet hôtel. C'est une boîte à dormir C'est tout. Les murs sont des feuilles de papier, on entend absolument tous les bruits extérieurs et des autres chambres. La salle de bain ressemble à celle qu'on peut trouver dans un camping car. Et franchement avoir les pieds dans la douche lorsqu'on est au toilette c'est vraiment très moyen.....
Nous ne reviendrons pas. Pas cher mais ne vaut pas plus......

Très bon accueil

We arrived on saturday 16 of march 2024 at 17.30.
The gate was closed. We had no access to the hotel.
We called several times on the telephone number +33 473 23 17 41 to get someone from the reception.
Nobody answered our call.
So we took a ride to the city to take a meal/dinner.
After our meal we drove back to the hotel around 18.45, expecting the gate to be open and to find someone at the reception. Again the gate was closed. And again we tried to call someone at the above mentioned telephone number. Again noboby answered my telephone call.
Totally disappointed we went to the Kyriad hotel next to Fasthôtel for help.
The lady at Kyriad hotel reception told us to try-out the automatic check machine hidden alongside the gate.
With much trial and error we succeded to check in.
Let me make a summary:
- Gate closed
- Nobody at the reception
- Nobody answering our telephone call
- In Your email send to me, no mentioning that the gate
will be closed and that there will be no one at the
reception
- No mentioning that we have to check in by a checkin
machine
- No explanation in Your email how to check in by the use
of the checkin machine
We stayed at Your hotel in may 2022.
The expierence was much better then.

Hotel bien placé. Propre. Personnel sympathique

Hôtel a ossature bois, aucune isolation phonique entre le rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage. Imaginez passer des nuits blanches avec des voisins bruyants .
Hôtel à fuir si vous souhaitez dormir.

Bonne situation, personnel très agréable, chambres, propres ,petits déjeuner très bien, le seul point noir les chambres très mal isolé on entend tout sans compter si le voisin du dessus marche vous ne pouvez plus dormir.
Dommage une très mauvaise conception.

Hello, the reception by the receptionist was super good, very kind, the room was very clean, on the other hand, the TV does not connect to the Internet and the air conditioner does not give enough heat, the temperature outside being -3,-4° inside, they did not rise more than +15° So cold inside instead exemplary cleanliness the receptionist who greeted me for departure was very kind I interacted very well the services in general are very good I will recommend Fast hotel to people I know and not only in return you have to solve the problem with the internet on the TV and the conditioner for the heat during the cold period Thank you I will definitely come back.

Arrivés le 2 janvier 2024. Le chauffage était en panne. Nous avons été relogés au B&B voisin mais avec suppléments. Donc satisfaction très moyenne.

Pas de prise électrique à proximité de la tête de lit

Accueil très chaleureux et literie confortable. L'accès est très facile et le parking pratique. Une halte pratique.

Hôtel très accueillant au rapport qualité-prix extrêmement compétitif ! Je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel et le recommande vivement !

Séjour appréciable, des petits services mis a disposition des voyageurs, un bon petit-déjeuner pour un matin... Des boissons, sandwichs, friandises sucrées que l'ont peu consommé sur place, chose non négligeable un réfrigérateur, un micro-onde à disposition...chambre correcte ... Le personnel très à l'écoute, je le recommande cet hôtel

Chambre basic mais confortable, on y a été tranquille moi et ma fille pour 3 nuits, personnel discret et gentil

L' accès au WC et à la douche est sur élevé ce qui n'est pas pratique la douche est trop petite le rideau colle à la peau

Nous venons d’effectuer notre 2ème séjour dans cet hôtel et nous en sommes toujours autant satisfait. Il est propre, les lits sont agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. Et nous y retournerons.

Très bonne qualité par rapport au prix. Literie top et insonorisation très bien.

Le seul bémol c est que la chambre 16 sentait cette odeur très désagréable de cigarette.
Autrement, le reste nickel!

Fasthôtel? Clermont?-Ferrand est parfait pour la prix, la qualité, tout est propre, parfait pour repos après longue route de autoroute.
Je suis recommence 100% satisfaction.

C'est un hôtel où nous avons l'habitude de faire halte. Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous y descendons et n'avons jamais été déçu.

For a quick stay or if you only sleep here and take a breakfast it's a great place for a great price. If you want to stay in your room during the day, it's a littlebit small I think. Nevertheless A good price for a good room.
